Criminals are crossing our border into New Mexico every day. I believe in limited legal immigration, but our borders our out of control. Illegal immigration is contributing to the crime spike in our state. Illegal immigrants also pose a major threat to public health. When it comes to New Mexico’s welfare state, we need to focus on caring for our own citizens.
